Dr. Amanda Bergin is a University of Minnesota School of Veterinary Medicine graduate who received Dean's Honor and was Summa cum laude of her class in 2014.  Her veterinary interests include preventative care, nutrition, dentistry, opthomology, as well as surgery and anesthesia.  She brings an enthusiastic attitude and modern approach to the practice, as well as great caring and compassion for all the clients she serves.  Her hobbies include snowmobiling and bow hunting with her husband and she enjoys hiking with her two dogs, Chester and Blaze.
Marie Haataja,
CertifiedTechnician
Marie was born and raised in Princeton, MN. She didn't have a pet until after years of asking her family which likely lead to her career in Veterinary Technology. She attended the Minnesota School of Business in Elk River, MN and  graduated in March of 2013 as a Certified Veterinary Technician. Marie's passion include veterinary dermatology and dentistry. Marie has been visiting her grandparents in the Park Rapids area for many years and jumped at the opportunity to move to this area with her springer spaniel Daisy.  Since the move she has added her bunny Sner and springer spaniel Arlo. Her enthusiastic personality and warm smile is a great addition to our Clinic family. Her hobbies include spending time with her family, camping, fishing, hunting and a new found hobby of archery.
Ashley Gale,
Technician
Ashley is the newest member of our team and graduated from Argosy University in 2006 with her Veterinary Technician degree.  She recently moved to Nevis from the Cities where she worked for 8 years as veterinary technician.  She also worked for a year in an alternative medicine veterinary clinic. She particularly enjoys dental procedures and seeing pets teeth come back to their brilliant shine!  Her unique comical presence brings a smile to our daily activities!  She has 3 dogs, Waylen, Kain and Buddy, as well as cats named Puma, Cash and Eva.  She enjoys stock car racing, fishing, crafts, and watching wildlife in her new back yard.
